Customs Duty

For personal imports into Mainland China, duties are generally calculated based on the postal tax rates (commonly 13%, 20%, or 50%). For commercial shipments, the applicable duty rate depends on the product tariff code (HS Code). For personal shipment tax details please refer to:

1. If the calculated duty is NT$230 or more, it must be paid.
2. If the calculated duty is under NT$230, it is usually waived.

Common Goods by Tax Rate

1. Tax Rate 13%：Food, supplements, OTC medicine, non-alcoholic beverages, seasonings, small furniture, stationery, books, decor items, children's toys, etc.
2. Tax Rate 20%：Skincare, clothing, shoes, bags, electronics, watches, hair/bath products, small appliances, electronics accessories, headphones/speakers, etc.
3. Tax Rate 50%：Perfume, luxury-brand skincare/cosmetics, tobacco and alcohol, luxury watches, fine jewelry, DSLR cameras, etc.

1、Shipping Terms

1. Prohibited Shipping Items:
   • Dangerous Goods: Flammable (e.g., Batteries, Alcohol), Explosive (e.g., Pressurized Cans), Corrosive, Toxic, Radioactive Items, And Similar Goods That May Pose A Threat To Other Cargo And Personnel During Transport Are Strictly Prohibited For Shipping.
   • Prohibited Items: Items Involving Drugs, Counterfeit Goods, Or Violations Of Intellectual Property Rights, Especially Products Infringing On Trademarks Or Copyrights, Will Not Only Be Seized But Also Lead To Legal Issues.
   • Valuable Items: Cash, Valuable Securities, Precious Metals, Antiques, Etc., Cannot Be Insured For Security.
2. Packaging Requirements:
   • Goods Should Be Properly Packaged By The Sender To Ensure They Are Not Damaged During Transport. It Is Recommended To Use Appropriate Protective Materials, Such As Bubble Wrap Or Sturdy Boxes, To Reduce The Risk Of Damage During Shipping.
   • Fragile Items Must Be Properly Reinforced With Protective Packaging To Ensure They Are Not Damaged By Impact, Avoiding Damage Due To Inadequate Packaging.
3. Liability And Compensation:
   • We Bear No Responsibility For Delays, Damage, Or Loss Of Goods Caused By Force Majeure (Such As Natural Disasters, War, Customs Clearance Arrangements), But Will Make Every Effort To Assist.
   • Losses Caused By The Limitations Of The Product Itself During Normal Transportation Are Not Our Responsibility. If Special Goods Cannot Be Shipped Through Standard Transportation Methods, Please Seek Alternative Shipping Channels.
   • If Losses Occur Due To Improper Packaging Or Shipping Prohibited Items, The Sender Must Bear All Legal And Financial Responsibilities And May Face Goods Destruction Or Fines.
   • The Sender Must Pay All Related Fees Incurred Due To Storage, Return Shipping, Transshipment, Etc. Please Confirm That The Items Comply With The Laws And Regulations Of The Shipping Destination Before Sending To Avoid Additional Costs.

2、Air Freight Volume Calculation

1. Air Freight Charges Are Based On The Greater Of The Actual Weight Or The Volumetric Weight (Dimensional Weight). The Calculation Method For Volumetric Weight Is As Follows
2. Calculation Formula: (Length cm × Width cm × Height cm) ÷ 6000 = Volumetric Weight (KG). If The Package Has A Large Volume But Is Light In Weight, It Will Be Charged Based On Volumetric Weight.
3. Tips For Saving Shipping Costs: When Packaging, It Is Recommended To Choose An Appropriately Sized Box To Avoid Excessive Or Unnecessary Space And Ensure A Snug Fit To Reduce Volumetric Weight.

1. Actual Weight And Volumetric Weight: If The Volumetric Weight Exceeds The Actual Weight, Charges Will Be Based On The Volumetric Weight. Choosing Appropriate Packaging Can Effectively Reduce Volumetric Weight And Lower Shipping Costs.
